Technology Leader
2021 - 2022
Bevisz Duo Ltd.
I have always been eager to immerse myself in a hands-on mechanical and engineering role, a passion that aligns closely with my personal interests. As a hobby, I restore vintage lathes and metal milling machines, combining my love for engineering with the satisfaction of bringing these intricate tools back to life.
This passion for mechanics and engineering is what inspired me to pursue studies in mechanical engineering, laying the foundation for my "plan-B" career in this field.
In this role, I played a pivotal part in reshaping and modernizing the company’s technology team and production processes to enhance operational efficiency and ensure alignment with stringent industry standards. Tasked with building the technology team from the ground up, I not only recruited key talent but also led initiatives to optimize workflows, ensuring strict adherence to compliance requirements in the manufacturing of RTG medical products and railway vehicles.
My responsibilities included stepping in as Lead Technologist when necessary, ensuring the company consistently met the rigorous standards of EN ISO 9001:2015, EN ISO 3834-2, and EN ISO 15085-2 CL1.
I managed production technological discipline, balancing regulatory obligations with innovation to drive continuous improvement. Additionally, I took on a project management role, serving as a technical and commercial liaison between suppliers and customers, ensuring successful outcomes and fostering strong partnerships. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager and the company’s owner/CEO.
This position required a high degree of technical expertise, leadership, and adaptability to navigate the challenges of such a highly regulated and precision-driven environment.
Taking on this role was a bold step, but it proved to be one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. My economist background played a vital role in our success, helping us secure substantial contracts with the globally recognized railway vehicle manufacturer, STADLER.
Beyond driving external partnerships, I focused heavily on strengthening the company's internal framework. I led in-house education initiatives to develop a clear, structured, and streamlined communication and workflow system, ensuring that every department operated with efficiency and alignment. This combination of strategic thinking and hands-on leadership allowed me to contribute to both the company’s growth and its operational excellence.

At the core of my role, my primary responsibility was to overhaul and optimize manufacturing technologies. Acting as the leader of the technology department, I ensured that every aspect of production was meticulously planned and executed.
This included creating clear process workflows, machining orders, technical drawings, 3D models, calculations, and detailed planning blueprints for every part we produced—all with 100% accountability. Additionally, I took full responsibility for selecting and procuring the right tools and materials for each project, ensuring precision and quality at every step of the manufacturing process.
This role was far from being confined to a desk. After developing new methods, production orders, or implementing new technologies, I often took a hands-on approach.
I would step onto the production floor, roll up my sleeves, and personally demonstrate to my colleagues at the machines how to execute these processes correctly and efficiently. It wasn’t just about creating strategies—it was about bringing them to life and ensuring the team had the practical knowledge to succeed."
