As the first employee of a newly founded company, I wore many hats and played a pivotal role in shaping its early success. My primary responsibilities included planning and executing the company's expansion strategies, ensuring that the operational, organizational, and logistical foundations were in place to support growth. I was dedicated to laying down a secure and stable foundation for long-term success while driving new business opportunities through partnerships and strategic agreements.

One of my key achievements was recruiting and securing talent for crucial positions, ensuring the company had the right people in place as we scaled. Additionally, I oversaw the development and maintenance of the company’s technological infrastructure to ensure we had the tools needed for efficiency and innovation. Throughout this process, I reported directly to the company owner, aligning the day-to-day operations with the overarching vision for the company’s future.

Discussions with the Giants


Another significant accomplishment in this role was my involvement in high-level discussions with the leaders, top managers and even owners of some of Hungary’s largest companies (for eg.: MOL, OMV, Lukoil, Auchan, CBA, Tesco, all the shopping malls in Budapest, Hungarian Post, and many others).

These strategic conversations were essential for forging key partnerships and expanding our business network. I led these talks with a focus on building strong, mutually beneficial relationships, using my negotiation skills and strategic vision to ensure successful outcomes that aligned with the company’s goals and growth ambitions.

Learning from the TOP of the TOP

This experience provided me with an invaluable opportunity to learn directly from some of the top, most talented leaders in Hungary. Only few individuals are fortunate enough to gain such insights at such a stage in their careers.

The lessons I absorbed during this time not only shaped my professional growth but also fueled my motivation, giving me a clear perspective on my future path and the drive to continuously strive for excellence

Surprisingly ended...

Although this role was contract-based, centered around achieving specific milestones, none of us could have predicted how quickly it would come to an end. Our initial plan was to hit the targets within a year, but thanks to our collective efforts and overperformance, we not only met but surpassed expectations, leading to the contract being fulfilled in just six months.

While the early conclusion was a bittersweet surprise, it served as a powerful reflection of the impact and efficiency we achieved together. For me personally, this experience became a valuable source of professional pride, offering invaluable feedback on my ability to drive results. The intensity of pushing beyond the expected not only marked the successful completion of this role but also helped me organically build the momentum for my next exciting and challenging opportunity, which would further shape my career in new and dynamic ways.
