Building Success from the Ground Up


I established a high-ticket sales system and personally built a team of 11 dedicated professionals. The team I led was a diverse and dynamic group, consisting of 4 sales executives, 1 cold caller, 1 back-office sales engineer, 1 strategic project buyer, and 4 country managers located across 4 different countries. This international team structure allowed us to tackle challenges from multiple angles and ensure a cohesive strategy across regions. Through mentorship and strategic leadership, we achieved a 5X increase in revenue over six years, while maintaining the company’s high profit margins.
